Since 1980 Carrier Speciality Services (CSS) has developed into a diversified claims and adjustment specialist. We provide professional investigation and adjustment services for both insurers and self-insureds. In addition, we can provide complete agency/brokerage claim services.

Our in-house staff of adjusters and examiners are equipped to process Auto, General Liability, Physical Damage, and Cargo Claims. They also have considerable experience appraising and adjusting Property losses.

Our Physical Damage department is well versed in all aspects of appraisals, whether structural or vehicular emphasizing Heavy Duty equipment (tractors, trailers, cranes, etc.)

Our claims staff has extensive experience investigating and adjusting Personal Injury and Property Damage claims of every nature.

CSS Vice President Stanley Kanterman - over 30 years experience in the insurance industry holding positions ranging from claims manager to President of Investigative Resources Center. He specializes in all aspects of insurance investigation including trucking, cargo, hazardous material as well as insurance fraud. Stan has handled over 50,000 claims during his career totaling millions of dollars in losses.
